You have a solid background in account management, ideally within the technology sector, and understand the nuances of client relationships. You are skilled at applying sales methodologies and processes to effectively manage and renew client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate product benefits and address client needs effectively. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve client interactions and outcomes.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at FloQast, you will be responsible for expanding and renewing our client base for our Accounting Workflow Automation solution. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that clients are satisfied and that their needs are met. Your role will involve applying your understanding of FloQastβs products to help clients maximize their use of our solutions. You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that clients are aware of all available features and benefits. You will also monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of FloQast as we continue to support accounting and finance departments with innovative solutions.
