What you'll do
As a Customer Success Associate, you will focus on building long-term strategic relationships with a high volume of Datadog customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities within your accounts. You will manage requests from your book of business, including technical support escalations and billing inquiries, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. You will monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, you will act as an advisor to customers, helping them leverage the Datadog solution effectively. Your role will involve following a well-defined methodology to identify unique customer needs and convey the value of the product clearly.
