You are data-driven and can measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies and engage stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing organization.
What you'll do
As the Director of Sales Field Enablement at Datadog, you will lead a talented team of Field Enablement Managers responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower our global Sales and Customer Success organizations.
