You have extensive experience in business value strategy and a proven track record of leading teams that drive measurable outcomes for customers. Your background includes collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to articulate the value proposition of technology solutions. You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and build high-performing teams that align with business objectives.

You are adept at defining scalable frameworks and methodologies that enhance value selling across various customer success motions. Your experience includes engaging with executive-level stakeholders to deliver compelling business cases that support investment decisions. You understand the complexities of enterprise sales and have a strategic mindset that enables you to navigate and influence key business outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the global Business Value strategy, ensuring alignment with value selling initiatives across the organization. You will lead a team responsible for developing high-impact programs that articulate the measurable business outcomes achieved by Datadog's customers. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, building scalable frameworks, and embedding value selling deeply within the sales and customer success processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and engage with Datadog's largest customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
