Who you are

You have experience in technical support or customer success, ideally within a SaaS environment, and possess a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies. You are skilled at building relationships with clients and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your knowledge with both clients and team members. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. You have a proactive approach to learning and are excited about the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Datadog's products and services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will respond to client requests through phone, chat, and tickets, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical questions. You will develop strong relationships with Premier Customers, understanding their unique environments and needs. You will reproduce issues and dive into the 600+ integrations that Datadog supports, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful guidance. You will also contribute to building out documentation and knowledge base articles, helping to educate clients on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you will participate in routine health check meetings with Premier Customers, driving product conversations based on insights gained during client interactions. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of Datadog's Premier Support team.
