Datadog is seeking a Senior Manager for Channels & Alliances to lead a team focused on building strategic partnerships in the SEMEA region. This role involves recruiting and nurturing relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in channel management or partnerships, ideally within the SaaS industry β you've successfully built and activated partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth. Your leadership skills shine as you manage teams and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. You understand the nuances of working with various partner types, including Cloud MSPs, SIs, and VARs, and you have a proven track record of nurturing long-term relationships that yield results. You are data-driven and can analyze partnership performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to host business reviews and engage effectively with partners.
Desirable
Experience in the cloud software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with multi-cloud environments. You are comfortable with technical aspects of partnerships and can coordinate marketing and technical launches seamlessly. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to drive joint selling activities with partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to recruiting, developing, and activating reseller, MSP, SI, and Cloud provider partners β your focus will be on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will enable existing partners by providing training and support, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in joint selling efforts. Regular business reviews will be part of your routine, where you will drive accountability and report on success metrics to both your team and partners. You will coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches, ensuring that all elements align for maximum impact. Your leadership will extend beyond France, as you manage team members across the SEMEA region, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and innovation.
