You have a strong background in tech industry direct sales, ideally with experience in managing sales teams. Your familiarity with SaaS/Cloud solutions and Salesforce equips you to accurately forecast team performance and drive results. You are passionate about coaching and mentorship, thriving on helping your team grow and succeed in a high-growth environment. You understand the nuances of the sales cycle and have proven experience overseeing outbound sales teams. Your self-starter attitude and adaptability in rapidly changing marketplaces make you an ideal fit for this role.
Desirable
While not mandatory, experience in managing teams that sell to mid-market companies will be beneficial. A background in technology sales, particularly in a SaaS environment, will give you an edge in understanding the product and market dynamics.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Mid-Market Sales, you will motivate your team to exceed sales objectives and develop accurate forecasts to guide your strategy. You will be responsible for hiring, overseeing, and training a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles. Your leadership will drive lead generation efforts, maintain high activity standards, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. You will facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, coaching them to success and monitoring their progress through the sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
