Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead and mentor the Mid-Market Account Executive team. You'll shape the sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the mid-market segment, with at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams. You understand the nuances of the sales process and have successfully driven revenue growth in a competitive environment. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, empowering your team to achieve their goals. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in environments that require adaptability and strategic thinking. You are passionate about mentoring and developing talent, helping your team members grow in their careers while achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Mid-Market sales strategy, which includes segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation, and territory planning. You will set performance goals and KPIs for your team, regularly tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met. You will lead by example, actively participating in sales calls and meetings to demonstrate best practices and provide guidance. Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and product development, will be essential to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate those markets effectively.
