You have a proven track record in hi-tech direct sales, ideally with experience in managing outbound sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle. Your familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies, along with your expertise in Salesforce, allows you to accurately forecast team performance and drive results. You are passionate about coaching and mentorship, motivated by helping your team grow and succeed in a rapidly changing marketplace. As a self-starter, you thrive in high-growth environments and are eager to continue learning and adapting.
You understand the importance of collaboration and relationships in a successful office culture, and you value the creativity that comes from a diverse team. Your leadership style is focused on motivating your team to exceed objectives while maintaining high activity standards and effective pipeline management. What you'll do
In this role, you will provide strategic direction and mentorship for a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, guiding them to exceed sales objectives and develop their skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate team forecasts, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and targets. Your leadership will be crucial in driving lead generation and maintaining high activity standards, as well as managing the sales funnel from prospect to close.
You will facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, coaching them to success and helping them navigate the complexities of the sales cycle. Monitoring performance metrics will be a key part of your role, as you will create and implement strategies to improve team performance and drive results. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be essential in achieving the company's objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
