You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the mid-market segment, and possess the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets. Your experience includes developing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance team performance. You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Mid-Market sales strategy, which includes segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation, and territory planning. You will set performance goals and KPIs for your team, regularly tracking progress and providing guidance to ensure targets are met. You will mentor and develop your team, helping them to enhance their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals.
You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer feedback. Your ability to analyze sales data will be crucial in making informed decisions that drive growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
