What you'll do

In this role, you will own the North America Field Marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with regional sales priorities and territories. You will design and execute high-impact field marketing programs, including regional events, executive engagements, and account-based initiatives. Your close partnership with regional sales leadership will be crucial for effective territory planning and execution.

You will manage and develop both Field Marketing and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring that field-led programs drive qualified leads and bookings while partners contribute to meaningful sourced and influenced pipeline. Your strategic leadership will blend with hands-on operational excellence, allowing you to effectively scale marketing initiatives across the region.
