You have a strong background in field marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of the Asia-Pacific market and have successfully executed marketing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams and align marketing efforts with sales objectives is key to your success. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about building brand presence and generating qualified leads.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with security compliance standards. A background in digital marketing and event management will enhance your ability to execute high-impact campaigns. You are proactive and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is essential.
What you'll do
As the Field Marketing Manager at Vanta, you will own the field marketing strategy for the APJ region, focusing on Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive pipeline generation. This includes planning and managing high-impact events, such as executive roundtables and webinars, to engage potential customers and partners. You will work closely with regional sales leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives support their goals and contribute to revenue acceleration. Your role will also involve collaborating with global marketing teams to amplify Vanta's presence in the region through digital initiatives and account-based marketing programs. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to stakeholders.
