You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with 3+ years in technical support or engineering. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you thrive in challenging situations where you can apply your expertise to help customers succeed. You are passionate about technology and have a deep understanding of monitoring and alerting systems, which allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for mentoring others, helping elevate the technical capabilities of your peers.

What you'll do

As a Technical Escalations Engineer 2 at Datadog, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, addressing the most challenging technical issues that arise.
