Who you are
You have a proven track record in strategic sales leadership, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Your ability to engage with C-suite executives and navigate complex sales cycles has been key to your success in driving enterprise revenue growth. You understand the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) landscape and are passionate about helping organizations manage their risks effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities within large, complex organizations. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to take ownership of their roles, driving both immediate results and long-term growth.
You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering against significant revenue targets. Your strategic mindset allows you to allocate resources effectively and prioritize initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Desirable
Experience in the GRC market or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise software sales. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for developing strategies that resonate with potential clients.
What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales, you will build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives dedicated to driving enterprise revenue growth. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion growth within one of our fastest-growing segments. Your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic, high-value opportunities, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their sales targets.
You will engage directly with C-suite executives, leading complex and multi-year sales cycles. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in this role. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, providing insights and updates on your team's performance and strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives, supporting your team in their efforts to close deals, and ensuring effective resource allocation. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
