Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in AI or analytics platforms. You excel in qualifying deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Your ability to conduct discovery meetings allows you to gather essential information about customer requirements and technical environments. You are skilled at articulating usage scenarios that demonstrate the business value of solutions to customers. You have experience designing and creating compelling demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that showcase how to apply Dataiku effectively. Your coordination skills enable you to lead teams in executing demonstrations and evaluations that align with customer expectations.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies or analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and sales processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Dataiku, you will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process by qualifying deals and collaborating closely with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. You will conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and technical environments, ensuring that you can articulate the business value of Dataiku's solutions effectively. Your role will involve designing and creating demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that clearly illustrate how Dataiku can deliver the required customer value. You will lead the execution of these demonstrations, coordinating both physical and human resources to ensure a seamless experience for the customer. Your contributions will be vital in closing important sales and driving the success of Dataiku's offerings.
