Dealerware is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Automotive Integrations to manage vendor integrations and drive platform features that deliver value to dealerships. This role requires strategic thinking and technical savvy.

Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the automotive or technology sectors. You possess a strategic mindset and are technically savvy, allowing you to effectively manage integrations with various automotive vendors. Your ability to define requirements and drive execution will be key to delivering high value to dealerships and OEM partners.
You thrive in a people-first culture and understand the importance of collaboration across teams. Your experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams will enable you to navigate the challenges of integrating with strategic partners. Desirable
Experience with automotive dealership management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduler, DMS, CRM, and other automotive vendor integrations. You will define requirements for platform features that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact how Dealerware integrates with strategic partners, ensuring that these integrations deliver maximum value.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure that product features align with customer needs and business objectives. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback will inform your decisions and help prioritize the product roadmap.
You will lead product initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle are managed effectively. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on data-driven insights.
