Who you are

You are a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle. You thrive in building strong relationships with mid-market clients, particularly in the higher education sector, and are eager to help organizations modernize their treasury and accounting management. You have experience exceeding revenue targets and are comfortable conducting engaging product demos for finance leaders and key decision-makers.

You possess excellent consultative sales skills, allowing you to develop and maintain relationships with executives and finance teams. You are proactive in generating leads through outreach, networking, and collaboration with sales development representatives. You are familiar with managing a healthy pipeline in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and understand the importance of keeping sales activities and forecasting up to date.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market organizations. You will be responsible for exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within your assigned territory. Conducting engaging product demos for finance leaders and key decision-makers will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with executives, finance teams, and other key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the marketing, sales development, and partnership teams to build a robust pipeline in your territory. Proactively prospecting and generating leads through outreach and networking will be essential to your success. You will educate prospective clients on the value of DebtBook’s product suite and how it can solve their financial management challenges. Additionally, you will navigate procurement and contract negotiations to drive successful deal closures and ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success team.
