Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts and building relationships with mid-sized clients. Your experience includes developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention. You are skilled in conducting product demonstrations and presenting value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers in the finance sector.

You are proficient in using Salesforce to maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management. Your ability to analyze sales data and forecast accurately is a key strength that helps you exceed targets consistently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales process for your assigned territory, focusing on mid-sized municipal customers. You will be responsible for exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Net Revenue Retention from your existing book of business. This includes aggressive prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

You will conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the DebtBook platform's capabilities and value to potential clients. Your proactive approach will drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing customer base, maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your sales pipeline, contacts, and activities, providing regular forecasts to the management team.
