You are an experienced Account Executive with a strong focus on the Mid-Market segment, specializing in acquiring clients within the mid-sized business sector, specifically those with 1,000+ employees. You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and are skilled at identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You understand the unique challenges and needs of mid-sized businesses and can tailor your approach to meet their requirements. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with potential clients. You are results-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, always seeking new ways to achieve your sales targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at acquiring new clients in the mid-market segment. You will conduct market research to identify potential leads and engage with decision-makers to present Achievers' solutions.
