Your experience includes selling to enterprise clients, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.
You bring previous experience in selling AI or customer support software, which gives you a unique perspective on the needs of your clients. As an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup, you understand the dynamics of scaling a business and are eager to contribute to defining and iterating the sales motion. Your ability to consistently meet pipeline generation targets for net new business sets you apart as a top performer.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation to closing and renewals. You will be responsible for generating 7-figure deals and ensuring consistent performance in meeting pipeline generation targets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the product team to provide customer feedback that shapes the roadmap, ensuring that the solutions we offer meet the evolving needs of our clients.
You will engage with industry-defining enterprises, helping them deploy AI agents that enhance customer experiences across various channels. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our sales strategies and driving revenue growth. As part of the GTM Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating your career while contributing to the overall success of Decagon.
