Vapi is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead large, strategic deals in the voice automation space. You'll work closely with product and engineering leaders to shape solution architecture and drive enterprise adoption. This role requires experience in selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies — your experience spans from Series B to F, and you understand the nuances of enterprise sales in a rapidly evolving market. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction based on customer insights, and you have a knack for building relationships with key stakeholders.

Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through, as you may have built your own startup or have been part of a founding team — this experience gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the tech landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify and capitalize on market trends.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the full Vapi stack, learning how customers deploy production voice agents — this foundational knowledge will empower you to engage effectively with clients. By the 60-day mark, you will lead enterprise discovery sessions, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to design pilots that showcase the capabilities of Vapi's platform.

As you approach the 90-day milestone, you will take ownership of multi-stakeholder deals from technical validation to commercial close — your ability to influence our roadmap with customer insights will be crucial in shaping the future of Vapi's offerings. You will be at the forefront of driving enterprise demand for voice automation, working closely with a kind and supportive team that values ownership and collaboration.
