Who you are
You are a motivated Enterprise Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person teamwork, as Notion values in-office collaboration on designated Anchor Days. You have experience navigating complex organizations and can identify and build relationships with executive sponsors and champions. You are adept at understanding customers' business objectives and aligning them with Notion's offerings to drive success.
You possess a strong ability to manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and renewals. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting new business targets while expanding the customer base. You are comfortable providing customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps and iterating on sales motions to improve effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in building pipeline and generating revenue for Notion's GTM Sales Team. You will develop and execute strategic plans to meet new business targets and grow our customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to closing deals. You will navigate complex organizations to identify and build relationships with executive sponsors and champions, understanding their business objectives to tailor Notion's solutions effectively.
You will play a key role in defining and iterating on our sales motions, providing valuable customer feedback to help shape Notion's product roadmap. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to explore new opportunities and expand our most strategic customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales goals.
What we offer
Notion offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated range for total on-target earnings between $250,000 and $325,000 per year. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working in a culture that encourages in-person interactions on designated Anchor Days.
