Overview

Cresta is hiring an Enablement Manager – AI Agent to empower go-to-market teams in effectively positioning and deploying their AI Agent product. This role requires strong collaboration across product, sales, and applied AI domains.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in enablement and training, ideally within the technology or AI sectors — you understand how to translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable insights for sales teams. Your experience includes working closely with product and sales teams to develop effective training materials and enablement strategies that drive product adoption and sales success.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey technical concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences — whether it's a sales team needing to understand product features or customers looking for practical use cases. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working at the intersection of product, sales, and technology.

What you'll do

As the Enablement Manager – AI Agent, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs that equip Cresta's go-to-market teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell and deploy the AI Agent product. You will work closely with product management to understand the nuances of the AI Agent capabilities and translate these into training content that is engaging and informative.

You will lead training sessions, workshops, and create resources that help sales teams articulate the value of the AI Agent to potential customers. Your role will involve continuous feedback loops with sales teams to refine and improve enablement materials based on real-world experiences and challenges faced in the field.

You will also collaborate with marketing to ensure that product messaging is aligned with sales enablement efforts, creating a cohesive approach to market positioning. Your insights will help shape the overall strategy for how Cresta presents its AI solutions to customers, ensuring that the sales team is always equipped with the latest information and best practices.
