What you'll do
As the Director of Field Engineering, you will lead the Agent Builder team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of AI agent builds. You will oversee the hands-on work required to deliver best-in-class agents, ensuring they perform reliably at scale. Your role will involve writing and configuring key components, validating integrations, and addressing security and compliance considerations. You will work closely with product teams to provide customer insights that inform the product roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the team's operational cadence and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
