What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager at Decagon, you will lead the Agent SWE team in developing and deploying advanced conversational AI agents that impact millions of users. You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate those into actionable engineering tasks. Your role will involve guiding the team in building on our industry-leading AI agent platform, ensuring that we deliver magical support experiences that enhance user satisfaction.
You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, conducting regular one-on-ones, and supporting the professional development of your team members. You will also play a key role in hiring top talent and ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
