Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or technology-driven products. Your ability to work closely with clients and understand their needs is crucial as you guide them through the development lifecycle of AI agents. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math is preferred, or you have equivalent technical experience that equips you to understand the complexities of AI technology.

What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Decagon, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle for AI agents, from initial concept through to deployment and scaling. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure that the AI solutions we provide are tailored to enhance their customer interactions. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable product features, ensuring that our technology meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
You will also be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends, and conducting user research to inform product decisions. Your analytical skills will be essential as you track product performance and iterate on features to drive user engagement and satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing product strategies and will be a key player in driving the success of Decagon's AI initiatives.

Decagon provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £145k – £200K, along with equity options.
