What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering at Decagon, you will build and lead a team of Solutions Architects, focusing on driving the adoption of our AI-native platform across complex enterprises. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your role will involve establishing scalable processes for pre-sales engagements, ensuring that your team delivers technical excellence in every client interaction.

You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements, crafting tailored solutions that leverage Decagon's cutting-edge technology. Your leadership will guide the team in developing best practices for solution design and implementation, ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations. You will also represent Decagon at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and thought leadership that positions the company as a leader in the conversational AI space.
