Deel is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales and expand their presence in the CEE & Baltics region. You'll engage with clients to promote Deel's all-in-one payroll and HR platform. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for transforming the future of work.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the SaaS industry, and understand the nuances of the mid-market segment. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a global workforce, understanding the challenges businesses face when hiring internationally.
Desirable
Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and benefits management. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for leveraging data to inform your sales strategies. A background in working with diverse teams across different cultures will help you connect with clients in the CEE & Baltics region.
