Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts. You understand the complexities of selling to large organizations and have the ability to navigate through various stakeholders to close deals. Your experience in the technology sector, especially in cybersecurity or identity management, gives you an edge in understanding client needs and articulating the value of solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet sales targets. Your analytical mindset helps you assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within your assigned accounts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for all net new sales into Enterprise Accounts, focusing on organizations with revenues between $1 Billion to $10 Billion. You will leverage Delinea's innovative Identity Security Platform to demonstrate how it can enhance security and operational efficiency for potential clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings. Regularly engaging with clients, you will gather feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales process.
