You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with enterprise clients, and understand the nuances of maximizing customer value while achieving commercial objectives. Your experience includes developing long-term strategies and managing relationships across a diverse portfolio of high-value accounts. You excel in a consultative approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business expansion. You are results-driven, with a strong emphasis on achieving financial targets and growth across various industries, including Financial Services and Fintech.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate compelling value propositions about Jumio’s services to drive client engagement. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Finance is key to maximizing account growth and service excellence. You are adept at drafting and presenting detailed business reports, providing insights and updates on account performance to stakeholders.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Jumio, you will lead the overall long-term strategy and relationships across your assigned enterprise account portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve significant financial targets and growth by identifying new areas and use cases for Jumio’s market-leading ID Verification products. You will work closely with management to define account strategies and ensure that your clients are satisfied through a consultative approach. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

Your role will involve interacting with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement, which directly impacts revenue, customer retention, and EBITDA growth. You will collaborate with various internal teams to maximize account growth and service excellence, ensuring that Jumio’s offerings align with client needs. Additionally, you will draft and present detailed business reports, providing valuable insights into client demand across a range of industries.
