You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in consultative selling and a client-first mindset. Your ability to establish and nurture relationships with key clients is paramount, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work cross-functionally to drive results. You are motivated by meeting and exceeding quarterly quotas and understand the importance of aligning your efforts with the company's objectives. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with decision-makers across client organizations. You are passionate about sports and understand the impact of connecting communities through youth sports.
Desirable
Experience in the sports industry or a similar field would be a plus, as would familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies that can enhance your effectiveness in managing accounts and driving growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with TeamSnap's largest and most important customers. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to provide thought leadership and consultative selling, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. Your focus will be on driving the closure of key deals and contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth. You will regularly analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our offerings.
