Overview
Gridwise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth and retention within their customer portfolio. You'll manage the full customer lifecycle and build relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong account management skills and experience in enterprise environments.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within enterprise settings, and understand the nuances of managing large customer portfolios. Your experience includes driving customer retention and growth, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the products and services offered. You excel at building consultative relationships with key stakeholders, which allows you to identify and execute expansion opportunities effectively.
You are adept at monitoring account health metrics and proactively addressing any risks to retention or satisfaction. Your ability to act as the voice of the customer internally means you can effectively communicate client needs to Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that the roadmap aligns with customer expectations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Your primary focus will be on maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic account management initiatives. You will drive renewal success by building deep relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring contract continuity across your portfolio. Additionally, you will conduct strategic account reviews and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and uncover growth potential.
You will identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including new data sets, additional markets, and enhanced service tiers. Your role will also involve monitoring account health metrics and proactively addressing any risks to retention or satisfaction. As a key member of the go-to-market team, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that our offerings meet client needs effectively.
