Deliveroo is seeking an Account Management Team Lead who will manage a team of Italian speaking Account Managers. You'll focus on coaching and guiding the team to drive SMB restaurant growth. This role requires strong leadership and management skills.

Who you are

You have experience in account management and team leadership, ideally within the SMB sector. You understand the nuances of managing a diverse team and are skilled in coaching and developing talent. Your ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts is second nature, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You are fluent in Italian and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with both your team and clients effectively. You are passionate about fostering a positive team culture and are committed to achieving high performance and morale within your team.

What you'll do

As the Account Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Italian speaking Account Managers. You will assist the Head of Department in guiding the team towards success by implementing best practices in client-facing interactions and commercial negotiations. Your role will involve coaching team members to enhance their skills and ensure they provide an excellent onboarding experience for clients. You will establish a performance management framework to monitor team output and set targets, using data analysis to drive improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment processes to ensure that quality staff are brought into the department, working closely with HR to identify the best candidates. You will also prioritize workloads within the team to meet targets and maintain high standards of service delivery.
