Who you are
You have experience in account management, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sectors, and possess strong communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with restaurant partners. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are adept at providing tailored solutions to meet partner needs. You are comfortable working in an office environment initially, with a willingness to adapt to a hybrid working model after your probation period. You have a passion for food and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup.
What you'll do
As an SMB Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, providing support through various communication channels including email, phone, and video calls. You will help partners leverage Deliveroo's platform to enhance their delivery operations and attract new customers. Your role will involve liaising between restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure that solutions are delivered according to partner needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with your partner base, ensuring they receive the best service possible to thrive on our platform. Additionally, you will engage in discussions about marketing campaigns and operational priorities, guiding partners on how to optimize their delivery experience.
