Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with restaurant partners through various channels, including phone, email, and video calls. You are comfortable working in an office environment initially, with the flexibility of hybrid working after your probation period. You are passionate about helping businesses thrive and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup.
What you'll do
As an SMB Account Manager for the Belgium Market, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You will support the growth of your partners by providing insights on how to engage with Deliveroo's marketing campaigns and improve their delivery experience. Your role will involve maintaining long-term relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving positive outcomes for Deliveroo. You will execute campaigns aimed at improving key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and restaurant retention. You will also liaise between your restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their needs.
What we offer
Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £29,300, with the potential for a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
