You have experience in account management, particularly within the small to medium-sized business sector, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong client relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to understand clients' needs and proactively address them sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You are results-driven, consistently exceeding targets and focusing on customer retention and satisfaction. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of the SMB market, ensuring that you meet the unique challenges that come with it.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth within your assigned SMB portfolio. You will consistently exceed monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities. Partnering closely with our Customer Success team, you will ensure exceptional customer adoption and retention by addressing their needs and delivering ongoing value. You will conduct regular account health reviews with customers, clearly communicating the value they are receiving and outlining strategies for continued partnership and growth. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business success.
