Who you are
You are currently studying at High School or University, ideally pursuing a degree in Business Management or Economics. You have a keen interest in the food tech industry and are eager to learn about managing key accounts. Your analytical skills allow you to assess data effectively, and you enjoy being out in the field, engaging with clients directly. You possess strong negotiation skills and can anticipate sales discussions, ensuring a quality portfolio of restaurant partners.
Desirable
Field experience with a major national chain would be a plus, as it would enhance your understanding of the operational and commercial aspects of account management. You are proactive and ready to take on challenges that come with managing a diverse portfolio of partners.
What you'll do
In this internship, you will manage the success of our restaurant partners, ensuring they have a magical experience for our users. You will oversee the commercial success of your portfolio, focusing on creating long-lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, ensuring targets are met, and deploying marketing campaigns for your partner stores. You will conduct daily data analysis to monitor brand performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with contractual commitments made with restaurant partners, contributing to the overall success of Deliveroo's operations.
