Who you are

You are currently pursuing a degree at a university or college in business management, economics, or a related field. You have a keen interest in commercial insight and are eager to learn about managing key accounts in the food tech industry. Your ability to negotiate and maintain a quality portfolio will be essential in this role.

You are enthusiastic about building long-term relationships with restaurant partners and ensuring their success on the Deliveroo platform. You understand the importance of data analysis in identifying performance issues and are ready to engage with clients to enhance their experience.

What you'll do

In this internship, you will manage the operational and commercial aspects of a portfolio of restaurant partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the set objectives are met while providing a magical experience for Deliveroo users. You will work closely with restaurant partners to roll out marketing campaigns and monitor compliance with contractual agreements.

You will conduct daily data analyses to assess brand performance and Deliveroo operations, identifying any issues that may arise. Your role will also involve building privileged and long-lasting collaborations by leveraging your food tech expertise. You will be expected to work both from the office in Brussels and on-site with clients, providing a hybrid work experience.
