What you'll do
As the Head of New Partner Experience, you will lead a team responsible for the core performance of our SMB partners. Your focus will be on supporting new partners as they join our platform, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience. You will implement sales through service models that empower partners to maximize their potential on the Roo platform. You will also oversee portfolio and campaign management, driving the right commercial outcomes for the business.
You will collaborate with the SMB Commercial Director to develop strategic plans that enhance partner management and support the growth of our partner base. Your role will involve creating a best-in-class contact center experience, ensuring impactful conversations with partners. You will be the champion for our newly acquired partners, advocating for their needs and ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive.
