Who you are

You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and a desire to help others succeed. As a New Partner Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for newly signed partners, ensuring they are comfortable with the tools provided by Deliveroo. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in Italian, allowing you to effectively support our Italian market partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement.

You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are dedicated to helping partners maximize their success on the Deliveroo platform. Your ability to handle outbound calls efficiently and adhere to daily targets will be key to your success in this role. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to partner management are completed accurately and on time.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide telephone support to newly signed partners during their first two months on the Deliveroo platform. You will guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the tools available to them. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with these partners, helping them create standout adverts and menus that attract customers. You will work cross-functionally with the Manchester team, which includes Sales and Account Managers, to ensure a smooth journey for our partners.

You will be responsible for handling any issues that arise during the initial onboarding period, acting as their main point of contact. Your role will involve encouraging partners to engage with the platform and utilize its features effectively. You will also keep track of relevant administrative tasks for each partner, ensuring compliance with task priorities and completion rates. After successfully passing your probation period, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, balancing time between the office and remote work.

What we offer

Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £26,600, along with a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
