What you'll do

You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior stakeholders. Your role will involve preparing reports and presentations, ensuring that all materials are ready for meetings. You will act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will help organize department-wide events and initiatives, driving engagement and fostering a positive team culture. You will be responsible for maintaining organized records and files, ensuring that all information is easily accessible. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the operational efficiency of the teams and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the leadership.
