Who you are
You are a commercially savvy individual with a passion for food and a desire to drive growth in the restaurant sector. Your outgoing personality allows you to build strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their businesses and helping them thrive. You have experience in account management or a related field, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical skills enable you to assess performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. You are fluent in Mandarin, which allows you to effectively communicate with Chinese restaurant owners and staff, fostering collaboration and trust. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with some of the best Chinese restaurants in Scotland. You will work closely with the Client Partner and other teams to ensure that the Chinese Category is performing at its best. Your role will involve analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability for your restaurant partners. You will collaborate with teams across Deliveroo, including Account Management, Restaurant Support, Sales, and Marketing, to drive initiatives that support the growth of the Chinese Category. You will also be involved in onboarding new restaurant partners and providing ongoing support to ensure their success on the platform. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be key to your success in this role.
