Overview

Fresha is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth through upselling and managing a portfolio of SMB partners. This role is based in Sydney and requires strong interpersonal skills.

You are an experienced Sales Account Manager with a proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your fluency in Mandarin allows you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of partners, enhancing collaboration and understanding. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working autonomously, making a visible impact on revenue performance across a large customer base. You are adept at fostering a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork.

Familiarity with marketplace platforms and financial technology solutions will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always aligned with the goals of both Fresha and our partners.

What you'll do

As a Sales Account Manager at Fresha, you will own a portfolio of SMB partners, focusing on revenue growth through upselling and relationship management. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fresha's services, helping partners maximize their use of our platform. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on your progress to the Account Management Team Lead.

You will engage with partners regularly, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success, as you work to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for account management at Fresha.
