Deliveroo is hiring a Key Accounts Partner Operations Manager to enhance delivery operations for high-volume partners. You'll work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve site performance. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in operations management.

Who you are

You have a background in operations management and experience working with high-volume partners — you understand the complexities of delivery operations and are adept at resolving issues across multiple stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills and can proactively diagnose areas of concern, testing solutions to improve operational performance. Your ability to align the aims of Partner Operations with other departments is crucial, as you will work closely with commercial and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners.

You are innovative and seek out opportunities to enhance partner operational performance — you thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with various teams to drive improvements. Your experience in managing relationships with key accounts will enable you to expand existing partnerships and roll out new ones successfully. You are committed to ensuring high operational performance for new site launches and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with it.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on improving delivery operations associated with Deliveroo's highest volume partners. You will proactively diagnose and resolve issues, reporting on areas of concern and testing solutions to address them. Your responsibilities will include aligning the aims of Partner Operations with those of other departments, particularly in target and KPI setting. You will collaborate with the commercial team to equip them with the necessary tools to enhance site performance and work with the Product team to ensure that the voice of the partner is considered in the development of new features.

You will also be responsible for expanding existing partnerships and rolling out new ones, ensuring that operational performance remains high during new site launches. Your role will require you to attend meetings with various stakeholders, providing insights and updates on partner operations. You will be instrumental in driving the rollout of new features and improvements, ensuring that all partners have a positive experience with Deliveroo.
