Job Description

Who you are

You have 4+ years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong background in sales and business development. Your experience includes managing a team for at least 2 years, where you've demonstrated your ability to lead and mentor others effectively. You are comfortable with targeting new business opportunities and have a proven track record of generating leads through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to successfully close deals and acquire new customers. Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus, as it will help you connect with potential partners more effectively.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Deliveroo, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business in North East Italy. You will lead and coordinate a team of Business Development Managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet their targets and develop strong relationships with high-profile restaurant groups. You will work directly with the Regional Manager to facilitate business meetings and negotiations, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. Your role will involve generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and collaboration with local restaurants, helping to elevate Deliveroo's brand in the region.
