Bloomerang is seeking a Senior Account Executive to nurture relationships with mid-market customers and help them maximize their impact using Bloomerang's solutions. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and sales management experience.

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the nonprofit sector. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills enable you to build strong relationships with mid-market customers, guiding them to unlock their potential and achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect insights to impact effectively. You are passionate about empowering nonprofits and understand the unique challenges they face in maximizing their impact. You are adaptable and eager to learn about Bloomerang's solutions to better serve your customers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Bloomerang, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with mid-market customers, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to achieve their biggest goals. You will become an expert in Bloomerang's solutions, guiding customers to maximize their use of the platform and introducing them to new products and services. You will work closely with your customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, as well as tracking and reporting on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics. You will play a key role in driving the mission of Bloomerang forward, helping nonprofits raise more, recruit more, and retain more.
