You have 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS products into the Enterprise market — you've developed a deep understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle and know how to navigate complex client relationships. You thrive in challenging environments and enjoy the fast pace of a growing company like Fullstory. Your experience includes actively prospecting new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and leveraging your professional network.

You are skilled at using technology to enhance your sales efforts — whether it's utilizing AI tools for personalized client communications or managing your pipeline effectively. Your ability to forecast accurately and manage deal stages is second nature to you, allowing you to drive new business and expansion contracts with existing customers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Fullstory, you will own an Enterprise territory and be responsible for business development and client engagement. Your role will involve crafting long-term plans for acquiring and growing accounts, ensuring that you have a thorough understanding of each client's needs and the solutions Fullstory offers. You will actively prospect new business opportunities, utilizing cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.

You will manage multiple relationships simultaneously, both internally at Fullstory and externally within your accounts, to drive new business or expansion. Your responsibilities will also include leveraging AI tools to enhance your prospecting efforts and gain deeper insights into customer engagement. You will work closely with the Enterprise account team to ensure that Fullstory continues to grow and delight its customers.
