What you'll do

As the Senior AI Deployment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of our enterprise customers. You will lead a Deployment Pod, which includes Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Deployment Engineers, guiding them through the complexities of deploying agentic AI solutions. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting deployment issues and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. Additionally, you will mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization. You will also engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that our AI solutions deliver real value.
