What you'll do

As a Senior AI Deployment Manager at Dialpad, you will lead a Deployment Pod consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Deployment Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI systems, ensuring that our agents not only communicate effectively but also perform tasks autonomously. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our AI solutions, leveraging real-time insights to enhance customer interactions.
