Who you are

You have a strong background in technical leadership, with experience managing high-performing teams in a customer-facing role. Your expertise in AI technologies and customer success strategies enables you to drive adoption and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Your hands-on experience with AI products, particularly in enterprise settings, equips you to guide your team in providing effective solutions and support. You are passionate about helping customers realize the full potential of AI technologies and are committed to their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for the AI Success Engineering team, ensuring that your team effectively drives customer onboarding, activation, and adoption of OpenAI's products. You will develop structured programs and change-management playbooks to facilitate customer success and operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in setting team goals, measuring performance, and ensuring technical rigor in all customer interactions.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that solutions are deployed effectively. By fostering strong relationships, you will help customers navigate the complexities of AI integration and maximize the value derived from OpenAI's offerings. Your role will also involve collaborating with Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to align customer success initiatives with broader business objectives.
